About

But real shop-floor experience.
I'm Jonas, 40. For fifteen years I ran two jewellery shops and a webshop — at its peak, a team of twenty colleagues.
I know the chaos of failing systems, stock that doesn't add up, and agencies selling you a trick without understanding how your business actually runs. That's why I switched to Shopify and taught myself to code.
Today I'm the builder who stands next to you in the shop, not the consultant giving advice from the sidelines. Shopify is my centre of gravity, but the right solution is sometimes a quiet website or an app that doesn't exist yet. I build what fits. Large, hands-on projects — involving hardware, a till, or on-site work — get my full focus, one at a time; smaller websites run smoothly alongside each other.
